WebThey're both low cost airlines so don't expect anything (I forget but one of them even charges for carry-ons) but they certainly aren't unsafe or anything. Bad reviews are likely because people were expecting full service airline product and then getting charged for carry-ons, snacks/drinks and even seat selection probably turned them off. 3 WebWorse airline ever. Worse airline ever, hidden fees no customer support, flight changes regularly. You have to pay for carry on bag so ridiculous. You end up paying same or more amount for any other airlines. No food or water is offered by the airline, seats are smaller than normal airlines seats, very small legroom.

If your flight is cancelled they will leave you hanging for days. There fleet is too small if there is ever a hick up with one or more of there planes. Not worth the savings.
