WebStash will not close my account. They claim I need to transfer money from my Stash retirement account (which I have done) and then close the account. I have followed their process, transfered the ... WebStash does still have my mini IRA, which is around $1725, and so far they’ve successfully clung on to that. You can only close that on their website, and when I logged onto their site from my Droid then my iPad, Stash automatically launched the app then told me again I had to use their website. Maddening! I gave up and hauled out the ol‘ laptop.
