WebInlet temp is very cold so electric tankless will not work. Propane rates are around $3.80 a gallon. Gas and 220v electric are right next to the water heater. I am leaning towards a basic 40 gallon electric because the unit is cheap, easy to install, and seem to last a long time up here in the mountains at 8,100ft elevation. Thanks!
